"I had a nice stay. My room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Air conditioning would have been nice since the room got a bit stuffy and warm. The air conditioning controls didn't seem to be working properly or maybe they were turned off? "

Location is excellent, buffet was good, beds were comfy, amenities, etc. everything was great except it smelled really bad in my room, from day 1 to day 4 it’s like something was coming up through the shower. It smelled the same down in the basement where the gym was too. Not sure why but that was kind of gross. Hopefully just temporary. Everything else was awesome and I would definitely stay here again. "

"I didn't like that I wasn't refunded for the night I couldn't use due to the ship I arrived on changing their itinerary which resulted in my having to change hotel itinerary. I also thought the prices in the restaurant were exorbitant. What I did like was the staff. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful, especially Francisco Silva in customer relations helping us with a trip to Sintra."

"Only stayed overnight. Mid April hotel was quiet. Room overlooked pool. Beautiful. Location ideal to explore area by foot. Breakfast delightful. "

"This is was a great one night stay before catching a flight home. Easy 20 min drive to the airport. Hotel is right on the water and has an amazing sunset view from the roof. The roof has a bar restaurant and a pool. We were there in March and the pool was heated with a glass roof. We had a room with bunk bed like beds for the kids and they loved it. I think they have a garage, but there was plenty of street parking. The staff were wonderful. I would definitely recommend "
