"What an amazing hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly, our room was large, and very clean, but the real star of the show is the stunning castle itself. There are so many areas to explore. Sitting rooms, the chapel, a pool table room, and the outside pool area is from a fairytale. It’s like going back in time. We felt like royalty. 100% recommended."

"The location to walk around town was great. A bit further to the beach but still walkable! Rooms were small but clean and cute. We also used the pool which was nice and the breakfast was very good! The staff seemed happy at there jobs!"

"We found Spatia Comporta extremely peaceful, relaxing, & absolutely beautiful. The young staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful especially on the weekend. "On top of a hill with a fantastic 360 degree view. Has a large open terrace with no services - no food, no drinks which seemed like a missed opportunity. There was a breakfast food service only. Other food services in the area were sparse so the only option was to drive into a busier area and pray for parking. The parking at the hotel was a very good underground lot with several chargers for electric vehicles"

It was very homely nothing was too much trouble for the staff from heating the beans my partner took with him to cutting my plasters when I needed them. The staff made the stay fabulous. "Two major things stood out during my stay: how absolutely amazing it smelled throughout the entire property and how sweet and amiable the staff is. Everything was in working order— I didn’t any issues at all during my stay. The breakfast is good, although I do wish there were a few more options or more variety. The only thing to note is there is an elementary school directly behind the hotel pool and so you may hear a bit of ruckus during the weekdays if you’re out there in the afternoon but...

The food and bar staff were helpful, and the food was good with plenty of variety to satisfy everyone. The outside area was great, clean, and inviting. I recommend it and will definitely go back."
