"This hotel is in a small village close to Hanoi airport. If you have an early morning flight, you should stay here. The rooms are clean, modern with everything you need got a comfortable stay. The owners can arrange airport transport, make dinner, etc. "

Hain waited up for me, and with minimal processing, i had a roof and a bed. Place was clean, spacious, and the perfect tonic. "This property comes with no amenties, or even hand soap. The property is rather worn but the main issue is small ants on every surface. There were over 100 tiny ants in the bed. They got in my hair, my computer, my suitcase. Ants everywhere. I had to shift to a different hotel because there was no way to keep the ants out of my computer or bed. Expedia was NOT helpful in resolving this. "

"The location is very good for a location near the airport. There are some food options nearby (10 minute walk), but overall not a super exciting area. The staff seem friendly and the room was as advertised. The car noises were pretty loud but I managed to sleep through the night. The wifi was not great. Overall I would recommend if you need to be near the airport overnight. "

"Check in was a real hassle. Thry couldn’t find the reservation. Checkout was awful They argued with us about the payment. They could not understand the payment confirmation because of the language barrier. I had to call hotels.com twice to try and sort it out. "

"There was no front entrance. After going through a door, we arrived at a completely dark lobby. We could not check in because there were no one there, no hotel staff and not even a single guest. We waited around for almost half an hour and shouted loudly to attract attention. No responses. We were scared and fortunate enough to call a Grab driver in the middle of nowhere."
