"Very detailed checkin instructions over email. On day of arrival, the hotel also left a letter at the front door as how to get access into the hotel. "Great property in the middle of Siena. Room was beautiful, great shower, comfortable bed and we were on the top floor so a beautiful view. Great staff, Sara and Adele were very welcoming and super helpful. No elevators and a steep stairwell (fine for us but just be prepared to climb stairs). Would definitely stay again. "

"We had a wonderful stay. The host, Luca, was great to communicate with prior to check in and met us at the property despite our arrival being a bit delayed.
