"Tive problema inicialmente com o colchão do primeiro quarto, no entanto o suporte deles via WhatsApp é 24h e me atenderam. Não resolveram o problema na madrugada por não ter ninguém no local, no entanto no dia seguinte trocaram de quarto."

Seguro com fechadura com reconhecimento facial, limpeza ótima, AC funcionando muito bem. Achei apenas o colchão um pouco rígido, mas tive uma noite boa, armários seguros e espaçosos. Pude guardar as malas no dia seguinte durante o passeio."

"The location is fantastic. On the main road in the centro with a quick walk to everything. In front of the ocean with great views of the sea. A helpful staff. Included breakfast was OK. Sufficient. The hotel is one of the older hotels in the area and it shows. The standard room (no sea view) was basic. Bed was OK and could be more comfortable. It is located in a safe and quiet area which was important for me. You pay a little higher rate than other places in the area so you are mostly paying...

"Absolute great staff. They go out of their way to help with any questions. Very attentive. Basic Rooms but for the price, I was very satisfied. Good Wifi. A pretty good breakfast for only $13R. It is close to popular bars and restaurants of Ponta Negra and a short walk/uber to the beach. I recommend it and would come back"
