"First of all, its close to the train station and various busses which is a bonus. the price of the room was a bargain and provided what we needed just fine, a bed, tv, kettle, cups, shower? toilet and cupboards, so 5* for that. we were on top floor which wasnt mentioned on the room directions on the ground floor, just said to room 21 but missed out 22. there was no plug in the sink and no details for the free wifi so couldnt get internet. the checkout time advertised was 11 and the door lock...

"On arrival no staff just a pin number sent to access room. On entering i sat on mattress and nearly fell through as its so thin and missing so many springs plus springs went straight into bottom.
