"The hotel definitely needs updating. The TV - every channel is in French, only 2 channels in English- both news. Breakfast can use more variations. Staff needs to learn English- Courchevel is very expensive world famous resort- how are you providing customer service and barely speak English. "

"The appeal of this hotel is the location (Ski-in/out) and the price. Half board with wine and a premium ski-pass included for the same price as self-catering in Arc 1950. We visit Les Arcs for the skiing, so the single beds and tired rooms are perfectly acceptable. The food is varied and of good standard for the money. At breakfast, there are queues for the coffee machines, and they often run out of mugs or bowls, but this depends on the time and demand - It's really not a big issue. Don't go...

"The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The room was filthy from the start. No one came to clean our room during our stay so we had to go and request new towels and buy toilet roll. The mattress had a mysterious looking pee stain which was quickly uncovered as our bed sheet on our double bed was actually two single sheets placed horizontally (which is very uncomfortable and moves during the night). The duvet covers also had some mysterious stains on them, and the whole place smelt...
