"The room was clean and met expectations except the TV was impossible to operate and made trying to watch anything less than relaxing. The staff didn’t offer us our complimentary “beverage” and we had to go back and ask- to which she replied, “oh yea- grab you a bottle of water over there.”
Most upsetting was that they charged $100 “security deposit” and said if everything was okay it would probably take 3-5 business days to be credited back to our account!!! We would have walked out right then...

"It was clean and quiet. One of the employees was so good and so helpful! My girlfriend got a blister and we went to ask for bandaids. He was quick to give us some. We went back for another and he got them ready as soon as he saw us. Such a good guy! It needs a bit of TLC, but it looked like they were working on that anyway."

"I have stayed here before in the past. The property wasn't too bad. I didnt have an iron or ironing board in my King room. I would have liked to have had another garbage can as well.
I like the fact that there were no ROACHES.
The staff is pretty nice and accommodating.
I travel for work,I liked having the 7 Eleven nearby.
Lots of restaurants anf gas stations close by as well.
For anyone staying long term u can only stay 21 days at a time then u have to leave, stay a few days and u could come...

"Would not stay here again. Hotel smelled like incense throughout the lobby and the floors. Hotel is located on top of a parking garage that has been “under maintenance” for atleast the past 2 years. Were told we could either use valet parking ($70 a day) or we could use the parking garage approx 4 blocks away but we would get charged each time we left. We decided to test our luck with the parking garage and was charged 10 dollars for 24hr parking which was more than fair and only a block away....

"Hotel and room were clean and comfortable. I'm a sensitive sleeper, but I had no problems sleeping here. It was very quiet. Parking is easy and breakfast was solid. It's definitely quieter staying here than in downtown Nashville and it's an easy drive to get between the 2 locations. I would stay here again."
