"We only stayed one night but enjoyed how close it was to restaurants and shopping. The staff were very helpful. Great Breakfast selection. "

"Staff were very kind and helpful! They allowed us to store luggage prior to check-in so we could get an early start to exploring the city. The manager explained the history of the building and helped us with finding places around the hotel. The place was so clean and the rooftop terrace was beautiful. Great location and would highly recommend it!"

"Ubicación inmejorable y a buen precio! Hermosa vista . Buen servicio de limpieza y mucha amabilidad por parte del recepcionista, quien nos permitió ingresar a la habitación previo al horario establecido y nos ayudó con nuestras maletas. Lo único a considerar es que no hay recepcionista todo el tiempo, y que hay que subir varias escaleras para llegar al cuarto ya que no hay ascensor. Fuera de eso todo excelente, lo recomendamos!"

"This is definitely a budget hotel. For what we paid, we received excellent value and service. The rooms were clean (though minimal) - cleaned daily with fresh towels, the staff all very helpful, the breakfast more than adequate, and even though the walk to the downtown core a bit further, (25 min to ponte Vecchio) - it was certainly manageable. Easy to airport.by tram, and bus stops for other travel. "

"Check in was easy. Hotel is in a great location, so close to Duomo, shopping and great places to eat. There’s a nice coffee shop with a great cappuccino right across the street. We arrived by car, but decided to park in a bigger parking lot fifteen min away. Our room for four people was spacious and it was great to have an air conditioning in a hot July. The room was clean and bathroom was nice. There was some street noice at night, but in no fault of the hotel. Would come back again. "

"The front desk staff were exemplary, nothing was too much trouble and all with a smile. The room was immaculately clean and the bed comfortable. It's in a central location with everything on the doorstep. I would highly recommend and as a solo female traveller felt very safe. "

"I have been to a lot of hotels but I have never seen customer service as the one provided by Julia! She is the hotel’s greatest asset. Attentive to our needs, proactive, and genuine. The room is modern and I had a good night’s sleep. There is a family owned restaurant/pizzeria nearby, Le Staglione. You should not miss it if you are in for authentic Italian food. I will definitely recommend and I will be back if I am in the Florence area again."
