"I fell in love with this place the second I walked through the gate. You enter a lush green garden filled with tropical trees and flowers. I was warmly welcomed by Penny, who I believe owns the property with her niece. She took the time to walk me through the island map and patiently answered all my questions. "This hotel was one of our favorite things about a 10-day trip to PR. We we loved the quiet retreat, including being able to stargaze and hear the birds. The open-air style of the room was fantastic -- we stayed dry during rain and saw very few bugs. Carmen and her team are friendly and helpful. The pool is also beautiful! It was well worth the stay a few minutes outside of either town."

"The room was very clean, the hotel was very easy to find and had everything we needed. Chip was very hospitable and the hotel is a quick walk to restaurants. Our only regret is that we only stayed one night. We will definitely be coming back to Vieques and plan on staying here again."

"When we showed up we initially could not find the location as it was surrounded by a few abandoned houses. After finally finding it we found it to be locked and there was no front staff to let us in. This location is not a hotel, it is more of an abandoned house. When we called the phone number there was no answer. Had to stay in a different hotel that night, please do not book here."
