"Avoid this place. We stayed here in July 2025 for 4 days and it was a disaster. Before arrival, no response from the property despite multiple attempts. They also provided wrong info about boat schedules from Kuala Besut (boats actually leave every 40 min). Day 1: The place looked abandoned,unfinished buildings, scaffolding, and garbage everywhere. "We arrived and they gave us free cold water to welcome us. Everything was clean, each room has a desk and is comfortable. We stayed the first nights in a room with AC and fan and the last night in a room with just fan. Both were clean and nice and because of the weather (it rained during a couple of nights) we didn’t even have to use the AC. From Tropicana Inn it is possible to reach Long Beach in 5 mins and coral bay in 5 mins, which is perfect to visit around. We liked it!"
