"The room was excellent and spacious, loved it. However there was no AC, but at least we had a fan. I can live with that. The whole property is very nice and the lady who takes care of the property was very helpful. However, the location is not convenient. It is about 15 min. or more to downtown to get any groceries or to a nearest restaurant. I didn't see any bus stop on the way. "

Bhuvan’s warm service and delicious breakfast set the tone for each day, while Philip was an outstanding host, always helpful with every little inquiry. Paru added her own thoughtful touch as well. "Nice owners, were quick in fixing issues (initially no hot water, no internet). The biggest problem i faced was the condensation in the appartment. Everything was damp, and the droplets were hanging above my head in the bedroom. In the summer this will not be an issue i guess, but in wintertime, i just cannot recommend this appartment. "

Has a common kitchenette that with fridge, coffe maker, utensils and such, and a cute little market steps away, along with the delicious water of the tres bicas fountain, provide low cost food options. The restaurant downstairs is also very good. "
