"The staff was very friendly and helpful—we were able to drop our bags at reception without issue before checking in later that afternoon. The water was hot and the bed was comfortable. We had windows open at night for cool air, and only heard a few people in the alley or in the street starting around 5am. With windows closed, the room was very quiet. Would recommend this place to those interested in exploring the downtown and Old Town section of Zürich!"

"The property is ok but could benefit from an upgrade. The staff were great although there were issues with the cooling system in our room. The one and only off putting thing is the amount of flies in the lobby especially around the food at breakfast. I struggled to eat much because of this "

"I didnt experience housekeeping not sure why and unfortunately someone else got assigned my room whilst I was still in it which gave us both a shock. But staff quickly fixed the mistake reassured me and that was it. The only issue and fixed so quickly. Was done to a computer glitch so nothing to do with staff who were all lovely. Il y a du savon et du gel douche en sachet à la réception en cas d'oubli gratuitement. Le patron est accueillant et très à l'écoute. Nous avons pris une chambre confort avec les commodités en chambre. Les portes de chambre étant fines, il est logique d'entendre les pas des clients se rendant dans les commodités...
