Superb, a real gem of a place, excellent value

Absolutely lovely and will definitely be back. Kids loved it too. Great breakfast, lovely staff. Nothing not to love. Staff were even great even though we arrived later than the final check in time of 9pm so dont panic like I did!!

A lovely, atmospheric pub with a warm welcome from the owners who were most helpful when we had a medical emergency.

Lovely accomodation. Really quiet, easy to find and park and clear check instructions given the day before. The garden was well maintained - we had a lovely room opening out onto the back. There's a couple of pubs, shops and an Indian restaurant all within walking distance and it's 5 mins up the road from the Park and Ride into Cambridge. Fully recommend a stay here! Stayed for just one night but really liked this property even though it was maybe a little expensive for just a 'room only' stay. Beautiful location in the private grounds of an old rectory surrounded by well kept gardens. Parking was in the grounds nearby and felt very secure. The check-in and arrival instructions were excellent, wi-fi connection was good and the room was clean with complimentary toiletries and coffee/tea. Very welcoming owner who was very accommodating. Room was clean and tidy with a particularly nice bathroom. Excellent cooked breakfast

Clean, peaceful location, great hottub

Easy walk from the station and close to first Cambridge College we were visiting. Very easy to find. Very smooth check-in/check-out. Very clean. Close to Zizzi/Pizza Express/Starbucks. Queen bed was a tad small for two adults, but all exactly as advertised and expected and perfect for one night for two people (ensuite room).
