"El apartamento en sí, no está mal, pero hubo cosas que deberían mejorar: - Faltaban sábanas para el sofá cama y toallas para un tercer huésped, nos dimos cuenta sobre las 22h y tuvimos que ponernos en contacto con el establecimiento, los cuales, se encargaron de traerlas muy rápido (al César, lo que es del César...) - El edredón para el sofá cama, estaba hecho un gurruño dentro del canapé de la cama. - Una de las almohadas, tenía manchada la funda y la otra con una mancha enorme por dentro...

"La gestion de mon dossier relève de l’amateurisme, car ne trouvant pas ma réservation que j’avais réglé sur hotel.com ils ont décidé de me prélever une deuxième fois directement sur ma carte bancaire en me précisant que cela s’annulerais dès qu’il retrouverait ma réservation payée. J’ai donc fait confiance mais à ce jour sur mon compte bancaire j’ai bien été prélevé deux fois. Malgré un message envoyé sur la messagerie je n’ai toujours pas été remboursé. "

"Mi estancia en Casona del Sella fue muy placentera . El hotel es pet friendly y mi chihuahua también disfruto de una cálida bienvenida . Paloma y Quiko son unos anfitriones inigualables . Ana la recepcionista pudo solucionar mi tour a Covadonga y a los lagos . El restaurante del hotel es el mejor de Arriondas . Y la vista es muy agradable al río . "I genuinely don’t know where to begin. We arrived at the hotel we had specifically booked — chosen for its location and suitability for travelling with dogs — only to be told on arrival that it was closed. Not cancelled in advance. Not communicated beforehand. Just closed. We were then redirected to a completely different hotel 15 minutes away by car. The alternative property was in an entirely different area — busy street, heavy pedestrian traffic, children everywhere — and absolutely not appropriate for dogs. We had booked carefully. That care was made irrelevant. To add to this, the pet fee at the new hotel was double what we had agreed to at the original property. We paid it because we had no real option at that point, but it felt unfair given the relocation was not our choice. The room itself was visually very nice. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The hotel was advertised as having air conditioning, but the system had a minimum setting of 24.9°C. That isn’t cooling — that’s ambient summer air. The room was stifling. We were moved three separate times before finally being given a room with a window we could open just to make it breathable. Then the internet didn’t work. What should have been a straightforward stay became an exhausting sequence of problems: wrong hotel, wrong location, higher fees, unusable air conditioning, non-functioning WiFi, multiple room changes. A pretty room cannot compensate for a complete breakdown in communication. "
