"Perfect, added tExcellent stay! We stayed one night on Oct 21 (2 rooms, 4 adults) during our layover in Ponta Delgada, and it was a great, convenient choice. The location is central and walkable to the city gates and marina, which made our short morning in town easy. The complimentary continental breakfast was a nice bonus . Staff were friendly and helpful, and they kindly accommodated our late checkout request, which made our afternoon flight to Toronto much less rushed."

"Only 11 minutes walk to downtown Ponta Delgada. It was amazing for single travelers or couples. It was clean the staff. It was amazing parking lot right in front of the building for free right next to a great coffee shop."

"Rebeca did a fantastic job of providing all the details we needed to do self check in and find our room. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was great with wide selection of food available including warm pastries! Can’t wait to return!"

"My stay at Passal Hostel had everything I needed: from breakfast, to the facilities, to helpful travel information from the staff, it made for a wonderful experience on the island."

"The property is very well located, very clean, modern and beautifully decorated. The concept of shared kitchen and tv room is very useful. I would recommend the place 100%"

"This property is in the heart of Lagoa. Very good location, near beaches downtown, good restaurants. Nice view from the balcony. Very good breakfast."

"Room was comfortable but that’s the only positive. Arrived for self check-in within the stipulated time, and the room was not cleaned since the last guests. Customer service is difficult to reach and might be a bot (?). Said to leave immediately because the room was double booked. When I said no, they said that actually they’re just confused with another reservation and they will send a cleaner. Had to wait awhile. Overall very stressful and terrible lack of service - I can’t properly explain...

"Lovely stay"

"Logement fonctionnel mais sans aucun charme et qui présente des nuisances sonores du fait de son emplacement voisin bruyant et au bord d'une route très passante avec de nombreuses motos. Aucune possibilité de déplacement sans véhicule"

"Very comfortable hostel. Social but not a loud party spot, and the free breakfast was much better than your typical hostel. "

"Al di là delle nostre aspettative. Piscina bellissima. Appartamentino con tutto e molto spazioso. Giardino curato e vista sia sulle colline verdi di sao miguel sia parziale vista mare di capelas. Oasi per riposare dopo una giornata di escursioni. Non è un resort di mare ma un hotel di campagna."

"A estadia foi boa, quarto muito espaçoso mas pouco conforto devido ao chão frio e não usufruir de cama de casal substituida por camas de solteiro juntas pequeno almoço com pouca escolha mas bom atendimento"

"Great location within the city.no parking on site but street parking near good value"

"Exceptional clean, safe, well maintained property with full amenities and conveniently located with easy access to highway, grocery, etc Highly recommended for your stay in Azores!"

"Nice owners, were quick in fixing issues (initially no hot water, no internet). The biggest problem i faced was the condensation in the appartment. Everything was damp, and the droplets were hanging above my head in the bedroom. In the summer this will not be an issue i guess, but in wintertime, i just cannot recommend this appartment. "

"Beautiful place to stay!"

"There were cockroaches everywhere. We were unable to sleep in the house because the roaches were scurrying in & out of every room. Also, the Wifi is abysmal."

"Lovely, friendly place to stay with attentive and helpful hosts. "

"We had an amazing time staying at the holy cow! the location of the hotel is very convenient, the breakfast is as plentiful and fresh, the room and bathroom were stylish and spacious. Thank you team for an amazing stay in Ponta delgada!"
