"The Seranin Gordon is an affordable hotel, so don't expect the Ritz and you will be happy with it. Gordon is a beautiful and safe suburb of Sydney and there are shops there with everything and all the services you could need. In addition, there are many restaurants catering to a wide range of tastes. Transportation there is easy on the trains, although it would be great if the hotel was a little closer to the station. "If I was local I'd support this hotel. Afternoon staff are fantastic and go above and beyond to help patrons. The contract cleaning staff do not clean properly, that's the only down side. We'll be coming back to stay on our next trip."

"I have stayed at the Horse and Jockey several times now. The rooms are simple (and the beds an le comfy and cozy all we need). Tthe shared bathrooms are great. Nice and clean and have an art deco style vibe. The pub had a great menu and the vibe is good. Will continue to come back. "
