"This was a great place to stay. We made reservations, & we arrived just after midnight. Someone from a car called to us when we walked to the door. The door was locked, & the front desk person was in a car out front. She came inside & checked us in. The room was clean & quiet. The breakfast was mainly just a coffee bar, but it was enough for us. There is no shelter or porch at the entrance, so this may be a bit confusing to some guests. "

"I won't be staying there again unless they change their parking valet system. We've always loved staying there and don't mind paying for parking, but when they give you no other options and force you to use valet I don't find that acceptable. I usually have valuables that I keep in my vehicle when traveling, but could not do that, had to take the items all up to the safe in the room, and then the safe we had to wait for 2 hours for the maintenance man to come and open it, in the meantime had to...
