"La Struttura si trova a 15 minuti dalla stazione, e poco meno dal lungomare, di fronte a una pineta. C'è possibilità di parcheggio lungo la strada a pagamento. La nostra camera era abbastanza piccola, come il bagno, ideale per pochissimi giorni perché nei nostri 4 giorni è cominciata a stare troppo stretta, con vista interna. Il bagno anch'esso piccolino. "The staff at this property took excellent care of us. They were patient, kind, and helpful. The food was very fresh and flavorful. The shower was a little difficult to get working properly but we figured it out in the end. Really loved the view from the balcony too. 10/10 would stay again. "

"Very friendly managers. Good location. Everything as advertised! We had a 2nd floor apt with balcony. There is a nice shared patio on ground floor. Minutes from both train stations. Terme has be devastated by covid and hence fewer tourist. We stayed a week and made trips to Firenze, Luca, Pisa. and alto. Small but very nice."

"Unbelievably nice, attentive, friendly and helpful hosts. The room was clean, functionally furnished - adequate for a 3-day stay. I felt well here, got very good tips for excursions and information about the surroundings and special events in the city. Only drawback: no lift and narrow staircase. If you get a room on one of the upper floors, it is a bit difficult to carry large luggage upstairs. Otherwise everything is fine."
