"Dirty! Our bathroom had mold and rust in the shower. Bathroom floor and shower was nasty. We actually looked to move to a different hotel for our 3 night stay, being the holiday weekend that was not feasible
Staff was extremely friendly and available. Called down for an extra blanket and pillow, 2 very pleasant ladies personally brought our to to us. The reason for the low review is solely due the dirty and unmaintained building and rooms."

"Paid extra for a balcony, balcony was soaking wet (probably from the AC), not safe to sit on, slightly wobbly. The light from the outside lights and the lights in the hallways make the room so bright (very poor seal around door and poor curtain coverage) my child wouldn’t sleep. Advertised there is a bathtub (for my child) and there wasn’t, bathroom has been nicely renovated but we chose this place because a bath tub was advertised. "There was dried up blood all over the sheets and they made us change them, not the housekeepers. The blood was also all over the box spring. It was definitely a health hazard. I had asked to change my room and then said it would be an extra $50 how ridiculous!"

"The facility is well kept and clean. However, my daughter was also staying at the hotel and her room smelled musty. It was on the first level. She didn’t want to say anything because she was traveling with her 2 daughters and did t want to disrupt them. I requested her to say something. Other than that, the stay was most enjoyable. Breakfast choices were also good."

"Generally personable staff; room service was excellent. Stayed here at various times over the years, the place has been slowly upgrading. This trip I had my dog, so was assigned a pet-friendly room on the lower floor, not facing the water. Everything was adequate, but I know that some of the upper floor rooms facing the water are nicer. No coffee maker in the room; one has to go to the lobby for coffee. A small thing, to be sure."
