"So overall, I thought it was a pretty good experience. I’d say the one thing I was more disappointed as the breakfast. I would’ve expected something a little bit nicer than just a little Debbie’s donuts or hostess donuts and just packaged stuff. I would expect something a little more fresh or something for the most part. It was really good. That would be. I would say really my only issue."

"The staff at check in and the staff in general were friendly. The breakfast was pretty good. Enjoyed the new coffee machine. The workout room was nice. The room we were in the bathroom door swung into the way of the main room door. The A/C wasn’t functioning properly. The hot tub jets weren’t functioning. "

"A lot of reviews commented on the cleanliness of the property and I have to agree they need to do way better with the rooms and the entire building. Just because it’s a 2 star hotel doesn’t mean it needs to look run down. The owners know the property needs a makeover asap. Stop being trifling and fix the place up.
The plus was the 24 hour shuttle that can take you back and forth to the airport and mall of America, their coffee is oddly very good, and the staff was cool. The location was...

"The room I checked in smelled like mildew. I told the staff and they did nothing about it. Found out the bathroom floods when you take a shower. Maintenance came and confirmed and I asked for a different room the next day. They ran out of food during breakfast onSunday and customers, including me, had to wait almost 20 for the staff to bring food out."
