"Friendly check in, the cable t.v. wasn't working in my room and they came up immediately to fix it.
The only down side was the amount of ice and slush in the parking lot. It was really slippery and it would be great if they would have a plow clear it out."

"Staff very helpful. Stayed night before our flight. 1/2 hour before shuttle left for airport suitcase zipper broke. Front desk gentleman gave us packing tape to tape suitcase shut and we headed to autport on time. Very clean and comfortable. Shuttle service great. Have stayed there many times when we travel."
