"Room was really spacious and super clean. For the location, pretty quiet at night as well. Great location to explore Salford or walk 1minute to Salford Crescent and head into central manchester and beyond. Staff are really helpful and made the stay easy. The room is on the cheaper end so not as many amenities as more expensive hotels, but if you just need a nice spacious room for a short stay or so you can spend more funds on your trip, this is a great option for a hotel stay. "To talk to staff you have to call a number then text them your booking details and your full name and then wait for them to give you the code to your room, room was not clean for example poo stains in the toilet, dead spider on the wall, wall paper coming off, door handle to bathroom was broken and all the units where falling apart."
