"Lovely smaller property than some of the oversized hotels around the area. Staff were always polite, smiling and helpful. Even the house keeping wasn't a bother if you didn't require any new towels or bins to be emptied that day. Pool area was exceptionally clean. "We booked Rickaty Lodge due to a change in our flight details which meant an additional day in Gran Canaria. The hosts are friendly and the room very clean. We were able to get a transfer form the Lodge to our hotel in Maspalomas with one of the hosts which was very comfortable and convenient. "
