The facilities were great, the hotel was spotless, the pool area is lovely with plenty of sunbeds and it's in a fantastic position not far from many bars and restaurants. "Our stay at Servatur Puerto Azul was very positive, though best suited for families. Rooms: Daily cleaning was a plus, but floors were dusty and patio doors lacked a child lock (though heavy). Pools & Sun Loungers: All pools were pleasantly warm. Be prepared to reserve sun loungers early (before 7 AM is essential for a good spot; by 9 AM, none are left).
