"The property was fine. Good location. We had problems with the guests next door who didn't respect the loud music rules all first night. We didn't sleep. There are no staff at night."

"Clean room. Well stocked. The chores before leaving were not exorbitant. The hanging beds were a fun experience. We loved the location and easily visited 4 different beaches. It was relatively quiet and not hectic at all. The parking was easily accessible, and the free beach chairs were perfect. We enjoyed every second."

"If you are considering a trip to Rincon, book here! Best decision you could make! John was the most gracious host and made us feel right at home. I traveled with my two teenage daughters to surf. His place is just uphill from surf school and Sandy Beach. John's breakfasts were lovely, local bakery muffins, coffee, & fresh fruit & yogurt.
