"1. Late and Disorganized Check-in
We arrived exactly at the 3 PM check-in time. The key box by the garage was empty. We waited in the hot sun for 30 minutes trying to reach someone, but no one answered. Finally, at 3:30 PM, we found a cleaning person who gave us the keys. This is not an acceptable start for any guest.
2. Garage Remote not working
The remote for the garage door was not working. We spent 30 minutes trying to get it to open using the remote. It worked once, briefly, and then...
