"Misleading advertisement and management didn’t respond when we complained. I booked a cabin via hotels.com at Finca el Mazo for my family including our two young children. It was advertised as being family friendly with lots of activities including swimming pool, football, games room and basketball. Empiezan a servir desayunos a las 10 am, por lo que si quieres madrugar es un poco caos. El personal es amable y las habitaciones estaban muy limpias. Se notaba una falta de organización o explicación, ya que tuvimos que preguntar todo y nadie sabía nada. "
