"I arrived several hours early and the staff were extremely helpful. They told me they would try and get my room ready as soon as possible. I decided to go into town and explore a bit and they stored my luggage for me while I was gone. I got back and the room was ready. I had a ground floor room no A/C but there was a pretty powerful fan and windows that let in a nice cool breeze. The temperature averaged around 19 degrees and was very comfortable. "Lovely hotel just out of Santander in a reasonably sized village. Restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and bakeries all close by. Several sandy beaches within walking distance. Hotel was clean, tidy and quiet. Staff were lovely and helpful. Air con was powerful. We stopped here the night before we were due to catch the boat from Santader. Would happily stay here agin."

It was advertised as being family friendly with lots of activities including swimming pool, football, games room and basketball.
