"Ze adverteren met parkeren, daarom dit hotel uitgezocht, maar dat hebben ze niet. Ik vroeg of ik aan de straat kon parkeren. Er werd gezegd ja, maar bleek niet: boete. Auto verplaatst naar parkeergarage op half uur lopen.
Er lagen nog spullen van vorige gast in douche. Vlekken in lakens."

Piccolo HotelTrung tâm lịch sử Florence
6.2 trên 10, (88 nhận xét)
"Piccolo Hotel has a great location, all Florence's main attractions are just a short walk away. Room was decent, with very clean bedding. Overall, our expectations were met and Piccolo Hotel can be recommended, especially to those emphasising good location over room amenities. We cannot comment on breakfast, since we did not use it. Perhaps the owner should improve communication with customers: our two messages sent to the hotel went unanswered. That was our only objection."

"This hotel is very old. There was no one at the front desk when we arrived. The room was old a dingy, did not feel clean. The bathroom was dirty and the shower drain was plugged. The air conditioner was not working and the wifi did not work during our stay. The only good thing about this hotel is location. Not worth the money we paid."
