"The room was small and there was no closet. The bathroom was small with only a corner sink for the both of us and it didn't have a exhaust fan. The TV was not working properly when we arrived so maint had to come in and fix it. The entry door did not close properly. We were able to lock it but we could see light coming in on the side of the door. The elevators were dirty the whole time we were there. I booked a room at Hampton Inn because I thought they were better and cleaner but not this...

"The hotel feels more like a motel. I booked it online based on it being 8 plus stars. The front desk staff was very nice. The room was not up to my standards. I booked a double bed. Both bedspread and sheets had stains on them. Also the sheets were not crisp white, kinda of like a dingy white. The housekeeper assured us the sheets were clean and the stains could not come out. We asked for another room and we were obliged, however that room also had stained bed wear but not as bad as the first...

"This was one of the filthiest places I’ve ever stayed. The sheets were nice and soft and the bed was pretty comfortable but the bathroom had Lots of mildew and the carpets going to the room were disgusting!! It was raining all weekend and the electricity was out for 6 hours, from around 8 pm until 2 am. What kind of hotel doesn’t have a backup generator? It was very humid and hot in the room! Don’t stay here!!"

"Knowing you get what you pay for, it was a bit frustrating because I barely managed to reserve the hotel because I was in an area with very poor reception, but I got 2 rooms because having an infant under 1 made getting 1 room impossible through Expedia (a party of 5: 2 adults, 2 teenagers, and an infant), but the adjoining rooms that might have been available since it was one reservation would have at least made up for it. The property did not mention that it was currently undergoing...
