"Online booking not available, when i was reached there i gave money offline. Rooms colour is not good. Hot water option is not available. Room is not clean."

"Extremely polite and professional staff. However, the buffet dinner timing should be extended from 8-10 pm to at least 8-11 pm. Not every guest is habituated with finishing their meal by 10 PM. Also, the buffet counters are removed after the cut off time which means your food tends to get cold. If course the staff was courteous enough to serve food after 10 PM. However, if the timing is extended, it saves everyone the hassle."

"Every thing is upto the mark"

" The property looks beautiful at first instant especially in pictures and the rooms are quite spacious, which initially gives a good impression. One of the biggest disappointments is the restaurant. It is poorly maintained with no proper seating, dirty and damp walls, and mop cloths scattered across the floor to cover the wet areas.It also lack basic amnities in room like toothpaste, toothbrush, towels and even the water bottles are not present in room.The room lock is so poor that it can be...

"This hotel is a large complex, big rooms, large grounds with two pools and lots of amenities. We stayed during the dry season which is the off season, there were hardly any hotel guests and they were running some sort of education program. So there was no atmosphere but nice and quiet.
