"The room we got at El Encanto was really nice, especially for the price. This is not a luxury room, but it was clean and comfortable and cute. We got what I think is called the Deluxe room--it's two stories (second story is kind of a loft). There were two double beds and two twin beds in our room, with varying degrees of firmness. The AC worked really well and there was a balcony with a somewhat bigger than a sliver view of the ocean. The building we stayed in is not the main one pictured in...

"Pesimo servicio al llegar. No habia nadie en recepcion no respondian las llamadas. Ya pasada la hr mandan whatsaap y dicen que no estan recibiendo gente "que estan en remodelacion" y que no hospedaban huespeds... cuandl la persona q nos dio la info era una persona hospedada ahi....a hoteles. Com les comentaron que tenian fallas electricas... No avisaron que se cancelaria por la pagina (que no tenian ninguna reserva) cuando todo se maneja por la pagina hoteles. Com.... "Nice apartment on top floor, quiet area, five blocks from plaza. Had some issues with payment, they wanted cash instead of just charging my card: after contacting hotels dot com, they charged my card. Parking spots are useful, although facing glass door."
