The staff were very helpful and friendly. It's a beautiful property close to everything. The included breakfast was excellent, we also had lunch at the restaurant and it was delicious, it had better prices than the local restaurants around.

The staff were very friendly. Check-in is very convenient; if you send a copy of your ID via WhatsApp, your keys are practically ready when you arrive. Sisi was super friendly and always answered all our questions, and the guys at the bar were great too. The location is excellent, and the views from the room are like paradise. The beach is very clean—no sargassum—and I felt very safe getting into the water (since I don't know how to swim). We ordered marlin tacos from the bar, and they were delicious; breakfast is included as well. Highly recommended; I would definitely come back whenever I can. Keep in mind that it is a protected island with sandy streets, so there are no cars for getting around, but you can rent golf carts or ATVs, or use very affordable off-road taxi vehicles.

Great place right on the beach and in the center of town! The included breakfast every morning was delicious with plenty of options and you got to enjoy it while overlooking the water. Had read other reviews about the noise and you can hear music from nearby bars but it wasn’t bad and was over by midnight. If you’re a light sleeper they provide earplugs but I didn’t need them. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Amazing setting and well placed for restaurants , bars and shops. Really comfortable loungers and shades directly on the beach. Great balcony with our room overlooking the sea with a hammock and chairs. Fabulous breakfast . Staff were all friendly and helpful.

This Hotel is located on the right spot for my expectations. Near the center of the main island spot. But still able to enjoy a good night sleep without any external noise. It's right in front of the beach. My room was on the first floor and I was still able to see the beach, not fully, due to the Palapa's setup in front of my room. Although, it was a nice view. The breakfast, which was included, was great. The Chef's food taste amazing. I will recommend this Hotel to my family and friend's.
