"Friendly staff, great breakfast, pet friendly (lots of people had dogs) however, at 8 am the construction starts right next to the hotel and it is LOUD!! "

"Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful. It seemed safe at and around the property. Room AC worked wonderfully. Breakfast was delicious. And there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance and the Amphitheatre is only a few blocks away. Cons: It would have been nice to have a ramp at the outdoor steps. Carrying luggage up the steep steps was a little awkward. Getting in/out of shower was precarious. Fortunately there was a hand rail I was able to grab before falling. ...

"Staff was great. This property needs some work. Water stains in the ceiling, shower wallpaper peeling off badly, sofa in room very dirty and scratched up, floors in hallway dirty. Guy who was cleaning floors was using smelly dirty water. Breakfast was low quality compared to other CIs ive bern to. I only stay at Comfort Inns because they usually are clean, quality places. This one is not. Needs alot of work. The area is very nice."
