"The property was clean and as expected for a 3 star.
Unfortunately we could not communicate with the host the day before checkin and the day of checkin. We escalated the day before with Expedia because the phone numbers did not work. The cell provided on checkin instructions rung someone in UK, he had no clue what I was asking. The land line number never answered. We also sent an email morning of checkin to Sykes cottages, no response. I sent a message using the contact property feature...

"The pod is nestled in a tranquil setting in Dunvegan. The pod is a great experience. Warm and cosy and well appointed. Location is ideal with hotels and bakery within walking distance. Dunvegan is a great start point of reference for a lot of the recommended sights seeing trips. The owner was very helpful and obliging."

"The cabin was lovely, quaint and clean with a gorgeous view. Extra bonus it is surrounded by sheep! Cabin was well equipped with everything you need. Only complaint was the pillows could use an update, but that is a personal preference. If you are looking for a beautiful view, quiet and quaint location this is it. Also super close to Portree, only a 10 minutes drive away."

"Gorgeous little guest house in the perfect location for visiting Skye for the first time. Close to everything you want to see! The bedrooms are darling and cozy and the owners couldn’t be sweeter! The breakfast included was simple but delicious and perfect way to start your day. Couldn’t recommend this guesthouse more!"

"Our stay was fantastic. The property is brilliantly located for sightseeing in Skye. The actual house is absolutely perfect, a credit to the owners. Very clean throughout. Very well appointed kitchen. Super comfy beds. Excellent shower in bathroom. Everything we needed was there. The house has been very tastefully decorated. Check-in had been very well communicated and was easy. Owner popped in shortly after our arrival and was happy to chat for a bit - very helpful. We would love to...
