"Extremely disappointed. Advertised as one thing (apparently Hotels.com won’t let me say what, so I have had to re word my initial complaint), when I checked in, I was given something completely different. Suffice to say, when I booked I was not expecting to be staying in a bedroom in someone’s house. Unable to get a refund dispute the proof I supplied that the booking was misrepresented. "Property was okay, there was staining around shower basin seals and rust where the toilet brush etc had not been replaced in a LONG time. Glad I brought my own kitchen utensils with me as everything at the property was damaged. Couldn’t even leave a fresh dish sponge for a new stay so questioned how clean the place actually was. The Lino in the kitchen was damaged in places and the fridge had been turned off and leaked into the kitchen floor. Also staining / dirt on sofa so couldn’t really...

"1) Checkin details were not provided - I had to contact Hotels.com and wait ±1hr outside in the windy street to get these. Checkin was 4pm but I couldnt get in until 90 mins later. 2) Once inside the building; Entrance hall filthy with full black bags in corner, wall staining, filthy carpets, laundry cages strewn. No-one around at all, felt very unsafe. 3) Once inside the flat, it felt like someone had just left in a rush, but I couldnt be sure until I had gone through the apartment. Spooky....

"Room was ok but there were no towels not even a tea towel. It was clean and comfortable but bring a towel! Very close to town centre and the med restaurant under it was brilliant! I had to contact them to get the code. "

"Very, very steep stairs to the apartment. Spacious with 2 separate rooms. Microwave, toaster and air fryer but no oven or hob. Not enough cutlery/crockery. No tea towel! I'd say not very well equipped. "
