"This is great for an overnight stay just prior to catching a plane. It is near the airport. It has very basic, clean accommodations. No refrigerator or coffee supplies. Staffing for reception begins at 2pm. Sometimes it was hard to find anyone when we had questions. READ THEIR EMAILS because check-in should be done in advance. Staff was helpful arranging a shuttle to the airport. It fit our needs for a brief overnight stay."

"This hotel has serious hygiene issue. We paid for 2 nights and when we checked in at night, we found hundreds of ants crawling on the windows and tens of bugs crawling and flying all over the bed, ceiling, wall and floor. I do appreciate the fact that the staff cleaned the room again and applied pest control at 11pm at night as a remedy. However, the proper cleaning and any pest control should have been done prior to our arrival, not when we found out the issue. We had to sleep that night with...

"the location of hotel was close to transport and room was basic. The bathtub/shower was extremely small and kind of dangerous to stand in. "

"The hosts were so amazing, kind, and accommodating. Rooms were a great size with the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept on, and being so close to the beach was a dream. "

"Close to the train station and airport bus stop. Close to ferry stop also. Many places to eat. Hotel breakfast is limited. No kettle in the room. No Engligh TV channels. We paid for the breakfast separatly. Not included to room rates. Quiet area but we heard other guests coming ang going, talking, flushing toilets, even the turn on and off light switches."

"The staff was very friendly and in particular Matteo. The room was clean and ready when I arrived which was surprising because I was early. It's in a perfect location if traveling by train. The only comment I have for improvement is that better blankets would be good. A sheet and that very thin blanket were not enough."
