"The staff here were so lovely and so polite and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay . We were out most of the day but we would come back to a clean bed and towels every day and emptied bin and lots of products . We never had to ask for anything except for an iron and iron table and tget gave it us immediately and it was mini and so easy to use . I would definitely stay at Best Hotel Shinjuku again.
