Easy to find and check in was quick. Staff were helpful and friendly. The camping pods were cozy and warm with lovely touches including robes. The shared kitchen and bathrooms were also clean and well equipped.

Accommodation was first class, even down to the robes and good glassware. Had a minor problem with toilet, I emailed them and within hours they had it repaired and serviced the room. Top class service.

We had a fantastic night in the bubble hotel as we were lucky enough to withness the northern lights!!!! The bubble is very romantic and was a perfect end to an amazing holiday. Very secluded and only way other guest would see in is if they purposesly walked up our path. The shower facilities are down at the bottom hill where you park your car. But they have 2 toilets a few minutes walk from the bubble. Make sure you take a light with you. Pack a little bag to take the bubble for the night...

We excellent stay overall. Can't really rate staff as saw no staff. Room large and spacious.

Superb facilities

Good location, close to shops and ideal for a stopover when continuing a longer journey. The room was clean, and the additional, very clean toilets just outside our room were handy. Excellent hotel, very close to city centre and and all places of interest. Would definitely recommend.

Easy to find location, easy to access, room codes were sent quickly. Had rooms for luggage storage. All great. The rooms were very clean and modern, had everything we needed for a few days In Reykjavík! The bed was very comfortable and black out curtains helped with a great nights sleep. Easy check out Perfect thank you

This is perfect for one night or a couple nights. Was clean, had everything we needed. Didn’t see any staff but we had excellent instructions so was no problem. The room itself is quite small but was perfect for one night. Would absolutely stay here again

🙂👍

Very quiet and a warm, clean room with good location for access to main road. Manager was particularly friendly and helpful, I'd have no hesitation in staying here again.

Staff were super helpful with swapping my booking round so that I could have a bottom bunk after the first night as I struggled with the ladder due to an injury.

Had a smooth check in/ checkout experience. Supermarket is just 400m away. Had an awesome stay
