I arrived at around 7pm and put the code into the door lock and turned the handle only to find that the door was also locked with another lock I phoned the contact number on the booking confirmation only to find it was an office and nobody was there, so I left a message, I never had a reply. I rang Hotels.com, who were very helpful. But they were unable to get me a refund. I had not read the reviews for the place, but I sugest that if you want to make booking...

"Toooo hooot , it was like in a sauna. The water was burning no cold water at all, the mattress mas punching us in the back the worst mattress ive ever seen. No air-conditioning not even on the holl, everywhere was too hot, and the smell was unbearable. Never again i would not recommend this place. I found places much cheaper with better conditions. "Boiler not working hence no heating or hot water, could not have a shower and had to buy a bowl just to wash. Squatters sleeping on the sofas in the living room every night. Worst accomodation I have ever been in."

"I found twice my belongings moved to a different room without notice. Second time i foumd someone booked into my room and my stuff moved. The person had to offer me a his room as the staff did not pick calls. I cancelled the remaining days but still no response from them. Definately will make a complain..."
