"Very comfortable room, with a private washroom in a wonderful location, that is close to transit and downstairs there are tons of cheap delicious restaurants. For the price i have zero complaints, and I would stay here again. Very friendly staff, and you will never be hungry. "

"I was redirected to a different accommodation instead of the one I originally booked. The room was extremely small, and the doorknob was broken for the entire stay. When I reported it, I was simply told that no one would come inside because there was CCTV, which is not an acceptable response to a safety issue.
The area is also not very clean and is extremely crowded downstairs, even though there are many shops around. Overall, the experience was disappointing. "
