This place was perfect. Great location, close to busses and train, never felt unsafe. 3 girls with 2 dbl beds pushed together. This is a guesthouse, not a hotel but still had room cleaning.

The staff are very accommodating and we are satisfied to their services , on how they clean the room everyday and change the towels. We also like the place because it was near to those essential needs.

Good value for money, esp. for HK

Great value for money. Very small as expected with a private toilet and showers. They forgot to put towels, which were not absorbent. The receptionist was very helpful and explained how to use the facilities. Just follow the email's direction.

Hotel staff gave us a bigger room without us asking which was very nice of him. I have no experience staying in other budget places in Hong Kong to say how it would compare. There was quite a few cockroaches when the lights first come on, but I suspect that might be normal in these big old buildings. They didnt bother us. Overall it was fine, area was great!

I stayed in guesthouses in HK before, so I thought I knew what I was getting into. I am okay with bare bones accommodations and tight quarters, but I couldn't really get over the cleanliness of the bathroom and the common area leading to the apartment. The bathroom was mildewy and the towels were worn thin. The hallway was dirty and always smelled smoky. The best part however was the location. In the heart of HK and close to so many things. I was travelling with family and never felt unsafe. Not much to say about the staff. We checked in and out without much issue. But it's unlikely that'll I'll be returning to this guesthouse as overall, it was just not a comfortable stay.

It was nice and accessible. The A21 shuttle to the airport is basically right out the hotel which is convenient.

Cheap stay for one night. Wouldn't stay for longer. Noisy at night. Clean but a bit purgent smell, towards mouldy.

大通りに面してあるにも関わらず、静かです。 立地が最高で、買い物や、屋台、ご飯屋さん、銀行、コンビニ、薬屋さんなど全てが近くにあります。空港行きのバス停が目の前です！ 飽きずに歩きながらビクトリア湾まで行けます。 強いて言えば、入り口のところトイレ臭い匂いがしていましま。又部屋の中のトイレは臭くないですが、トイレのドアが硬く、完全に閉めたら開けにくいです。

Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, feeling safe... these are 5 stars. Yes, its convenient location is unbeatable. It works well for me travelling in fall. Even in a hot day, I didn't need the AC for long. For sure, I didn't need it at night. The AC functions, but it's loud. In short, I will choose it again.
