"The place wasnt refreshed for our stay. Dust inside all the cups and on the tables etc. A dead roch sitting in the container that held the tea n sugar. Need to supply 2 more towels as there was 2 people staying 2 nights and we only had 2 towels. Lawns were unkept. Theres a tin shed ryt out where the bed is. It was scratching n banging up on the wall and keeps you from falling into deep sleep. The blue pillow cases had dribble stains on the fabric. If these details where more tended to it would...

"Clean linen provided and in general a very tidy and well kept property. Overall we had a great stay and would love to return. Great location if you want some peace and quiet. Not super close to main Rotorua city Centre. "

"The area is quiet, and semi-rural, with easy access off the main road. The unit was clean and presentable, but dated, the unit needs some money spent on the property, and furnishings. The staff was kind and courteous, accommodating with requests. I do wish that some milk had been put in the unit, along with a hand towel, and facecloth. "
