"Had a great stay, the room had everything we needed! allowed us to change rooms to one with a better view which was very kind. And gave us early and late check out (visited in off season).
Hot tub was the best bit! "

"We arrived with other tenants from the 3 bedder (apartment B) in our 1 bedder room (apartment A). There wasn’t much an apology from the manager but her frustration towards the other tenants who made the mistake and her cleaners who probably left apartment A unlocked. The manager couldn’t reach her cleaners so she asked the tenants who made the mistake to rectify their mistakes by changing the linen. We were not happy with the service but were told that there’s essentially no difference whether...
