"My first and last time using LivAway Suites. While the staff were pleasant and accommodating, it still did not take away from a disturbingly dirty room (excessive human hairs all over the room and stained floors. I had to pack up and move to a new room); inoperable elevator (had to walk up 4 flights of stairs in heels, with bag of food and two giant water bottles after a loved one’s funeral); and was told by staff that irons are not provided so I drove to the nearest Walmart and bought a steamer only to learn from the manager that irons are indeed available and provided when requested. This was an awful first impression which I shared with the manager and with Kendal at corporate customer support. I will not be back. "

"Basic minimalistic room if not staying long. Neat and clean, however no room coffee, no fridge/ microwave, clock, etc. Heat/ ac loud. Bed bases metal and noisy. Beds were comfy though. No real breakfast..wifi poor- slow if able to get it to work. TV fuzzy but many channels available."
