"From arriving at the hotel late, we were welcomed really well. Booking in was so quick and easy. The staff gave advice on how to find the Museum we were visiting the following day and were to get food late on in the evening. From the following morning the Lady in charge of reception absolutely brilliant looking after us impeccably nothing was a bother for our whole stay. We will be at the museum again and will have no problem in booking with the B&B Hotel in Mulhouse ten stars."

"Très jolie et agréable chambre au Grand Hôtel Premium. Super salle de bain avec deux lavabos. Par contre le sol de la chambre n’était pas très propre. L’entretien de la chambre pendant le séjour était moyen aussi (lits pas très bien faits, pas de nettoyage du sol, taches de café sur les tasses) "

"Vi har boet på hotellet en gang før og valgte dette hotel igen, fordi der er rart at være. Personalet er ualmindelig flinke og hjælpsomme. Værelserne er meget forskellige, nogle ligger med udsigt ind i en mur, men vi har været heldige hver gang at få et fint værelse. Morgenmaden er fin. Der er ikke parkering, men der ligger flere p-pladser i nærheden. Vi bruger en der ligger ca. 5 min gang fra hotellet. Hyggelig by, hvor hotellet ligger lige i centrum."

"Excellent séjour. Très bon accueil. Tres propre, matelas très confortables. Tout était parfait. Hotel proche de Colmar. Parfait pour visiter marché de Noël. On a même eu de la neige pour notre départ👍. On reviendra."

"De la réservation, à l’accueille téléphonique et physique tout c’est très bien déroulé . Les explications était clair. Seul petit bémol stationnement payant et mur de l’hôtel pas très épais on entend ces compagnons d’hôtels facilement En ce qui concerne le service ménage , rien à dire tout était propre cependant je me permettrais de dire (en mon cas sa ne m’as pas si déranger que sa enfin ce faire réveiller car on rentre alors que j’ai répondu occupé .. mais j’étais seule heureusement ) mais...
