"I enjoyed my stay."

"We absolutely loved staying at Dunedin Motel and Villas. It was well-priced, well appointed, roomy and spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and we were close to amenities. We enjoyed our stay immensely and we would recommend them to everyone."

"The room and other facilities were better than expected for the budget price. Will stay again."

"Clean room, parking, staff very helpful"

"Great place to stay would recommend great value "

"Very outdated, the vibe from the whole place made me sleep with the light on as there was something very eerie about the place, the communal bathrooms were pretty bad, no soap, no one had cleaned the entire time I was there, razors left behind in shower put me off, and hardly any lighting in there once it goes dark. Curtains had mould on them and pillows were dirty, one window permanently open in my room so there was a breeze but overall a cheap room"

"Friendly staff and well presented place. "
