"Clean room"

"Literally the worst hotel I have stayed in, the quality of the rooms were dismal, there was mold in the bathroom, the ceiling was falling down, holes in the wall, bugs crawling all over. Staying at this location was the last place I would have picked if not for the need to be at this certain location. Most of the other doors are either frozen shut or the key card reader does not work. The “breakfast” is so disgusting with the waffle maker never cleaned which leave them black from how dirty it is. They pour out the milk into plastic cups and place it back into the fridge expecting people to use that. The manager/owner of the hotel said they will be shutting off the electricity and water in the winter storm so naturally we HAD to leave as their doors FREEZE. Now when we were going to leave the owner said he would refund us as there was such a bad winter storm coming, but he lied and told Expedia there will be no refund. (bye the way he lives inside of the hotel and watches you)"
