"Well it’s very outdated, carpet was gross, bathroom door was hard to close, had to slam it to get it shut. Pool was nice but there were so many children unaccompanied by parents, our children couldn’t swim more than a foot due to the other children jumping into the pool almost on top of them. "Overall appearance is below average. This place could use maintenance virtually everywhere. The room wasn’t cleaned well and it showed, from the dirty food tray next to the microwave to the grime in the shower, to the white stains on the brown sofa, to the soiled carpet, the paint issues, green swimming pool water, and musty dirty smell in the room when you first enter the room. I rejected the first room and staff tried to get me to stay saying that smell was normal. The second room was...

"The check in lady was very nice and helpful. The hotel needs updating. They were working on room next to me so I heard that for couple hours. My room had dust, bugs, lint in corner of room. The bathroom sink had a dead fly, and the shower had curly black hair in and on walls. My hair is blonde. Bed was not terrible. The hotel I thought should have been a little cleaner. I would not have stayed at this hotel if I would have known."
